Lovely room and shower, very convenient for visiting the cricket ground and exploring Canterbury. The owner met me early, allowing me to leave my bags and enjoy the day. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, making it easy to stay connected. I found the mattress too soft for my liking, and noise from other guests was noticeable. Could use better soundproofing for a more restful night. great location and helpful host made for a pleasant stay.

Loud noise levels from other guests!!! Outdated decor gives a dreary impression!!! Window functionality issues hinder comfort!!! Minor cleanliness issues like stains on carpets are off-putting!!!

This place was an excellent fit for a short visit in Canterbury with extraordinarily good value for money. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day. Check the shower curtain before your arrival, as it can be a bit tricky to manage.
